Happy mood
I had yoga class on monday and tonight, I was in happy mood both nights after class.
From the monday class, Margaret taught us one thing which I totally agree and "clicked" me in.
She said "You should treasure the chance when you enter the studio and have yoga class, it is not everyone can do it. You should keep yourself with good health, put aside the pressure at work when you enter the studio. Don't always care about what your boss blamed on you. Honor youself, and thank the one who next to you and share the moment with you."
From tonght's class, Almen taught us one thing, that's "be considerate", some of the class-mates confirmed the booking but didn't show up, which caused those who wish to come have no chance to come. That's not a good attitude. I totally understand and feel it since I'm one of those who always cannot reserve the seats due to fully reserved.
After class, I heard a conversation within the changing room, which really touched my heart. The scenerio was like this...
Two girls were drinking water and chit-chating after class. Girl A said "Cool, I sweat a lot, I'm the kind of person who is hard to sweat, even I went o gym, I won't sweat!" Then, Girl B said "Yes, it's so good now, I sweat a lot, it's good to my health I think..." Girl A brought Girl B to studio for free trial class, Girl B thinks it's good and so excited about it. Girl A sincerely told B, "Hey, I'm really really happy to share my yoga happiness with you tonight. It's true from my heart! I told my friends the happiness and they never understand me. I'm glad. Thank you so much!"
That's what I did to my family and friends, with same situation and response. Anways, their responses will not affect my addiction to yoga...I will keep practicing.
Friday finally comes...I can have a good and deep sleep tonight...
