Bad luck friday...mistake AGAIN!
This week is a bad luck week for me. This afternoon, I got an email from a customer, a long email, he replied impolitely...and angry about what I've done.
I read it and knew that I've done something wrong again!
I don't know what's happening to me this week...
I guess I need to relax and have a good rest.
