Pre-easter working days
I have been working so hard past two weeks, don't even have a minute to let me breathe. Keep drinking rose tea, Lucozade (orange), warm water to make my mind clear and keep my soul awake! I have been putting down my assignments for 3 days...feel a bit guilty.
Isn't it related to coming 4 consecutive easter holidays? I don't know...MAYBE!
Those ad-hoc stuffs almost done...expected to be done before April.
A BIG BIG BIG PROJECT is coming......it will be a challenging project! Allow me to stop thinking it first, I really need a break! I want to release my pressure out!
I would like to introduce a posture...Knee down twist aka Supta Matsyendrasana. Here are the steps:
1. Lying on your back, bring your arms out to the sides with the palms facing down in a T position. Bend the right knee and place the right foot on the left knee.
2. Exhale drop the right knee over to the left side of your body, twisting the spine and low back. Look at the right finger tips.
3. Keep the shoulders flat to the floor, close the eyes, and relax into the posture. Let gravity pull the knee down, so you do not have to use any effort in this posture.
Friends, try to do it at home.
ONE LAST THING, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY SISTER, KATE!
