sweat-sweat-sweat

Every mondays with the lowest productivity at office...don't know why, today is an exception! I almost late for hot yoga class! =P

The studio was SO SO SO SO HOT tonight! Claudia tried to open-and-close the big window for at least 6 times in order to make her students feel much easier to breathe (which is including me!!)...I guess my facial expression was quite horrible...Claudia kept asking me "Are you okay?"...."Are you really okay?"...."Are you REALLYYYYYYY OKAY?"....HAHAHAHAHHA! I kept doing Child pose(garbhasana) when I felt dizzy and ended the class by shavasana for 15 mins.
1.5 hours is too much for me...I prefer 1 hour class much more...
Will try again tomorrow night...I need to practice!

Check this out...a good yoga web site for beginners:
http://www.yogabasics.com/asana/

Namaste! ("Nama" means bow, "as" means I, and "te" means you. Therefore, Namaste literally means "bow me you" or "I bow to you." Quoted from http://www.yogajournal.com/newtoyoga/822_1.cfm)

Let me mention more about yoga in my next post...hope that you won't feel bored.

Or Namaste also means "hello" in Indian.

How are you, Sai Mun? I really don't know how you can stand hot yoga. I will faint right away. I have a feeling hot yoga is good for your skin.
