Policy meeting, my 1st year anniversary

It's annual policy meeting this afternoon, someone presented some statistical figures which made me and other colleagues feel strange and uncomfortable.
I am so regret that I handed it my report too late, it's my fault. I won't put all the things on my shoulders since they should understand my recent workloads.
It takes time to discuss, persuade and understand their minds...

Everyone is so crazy and busy in April, I think that's culture in a Japanese Company! I am just not fully adapted.

Also, today is my 1st year anniversary in this company. I feel like I've been working here for 3 years. I can tell the life is tought here, however I keep learning everyday, I think that's what people want to have in their jobs, at least I'm one of them! =)
