WHY? WHAT HAPPENED????????

I'm so mad and annoying now...
My iPod Shuffle is out of order now.
It cannot play songs, the light keep flashing green and yellow when I tried to play.
Just browsed on the FAQ/ supporting articles from Apple web site, it doesn't help at all. Can anyone give me some hints?

Symptoms are:
1. After plugged iShuffle into my PC, it cannot show this removable device under My Computer. (it will appear on 2 seconds and then disappear)
2. No songs appear on the iShuffle from iTunes.
3. Music copied to mapped network drive instead of iShuffle.
4. iShuffle is connected and displayed in iTune, but no songs showed inside.
5. Other than mp3 files, those files inside cannot be opened. (probably due to Symptom #3)

I've tried all methods mentioned in this article(http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93499), it failed to recover.
