Sick for the whole day

Serious diarrhea this morning after got off the train at Hung Hom KCR station, I even couldn't stand! I immediately went to seek my magic doctor. Took some rest after breakfast and medicine. I do believe I got a cold, but doctor said I ate something dirty....?!!

My tummy kept "moving abnormally" inside, I hate the feeling, so so so uncomfortable!

It made me cannot back to my dream, I ended up took 1.5 hours hot yoga class at 4pm, taught by Pua. Honestly, I felt much better after all sweat out. Maybe that's the reaction. =)

Carol returned me "an aeroplane" at 6:30pm and told me that she missed the ferry and needed to wait until 7:30pm....so......POSTPONED our gathering....again! =

I tried to call Grace and see if she can accompany me for dinner. We then went to Prince Deli @ Harbour City, the beef burger was big and tasty quite okay. I finished whole burger! We then did a little christmas shopping at LCX. Still not yet finished. =\ I will try to continue tomorrow.

Grace invited me to join for a drink with her, together with her ex-colleague, Stephen. He is quite funny and we chatted a lot, though some of the topics were quite boring. I almost fell asleep. We spent our time @ Hard Rock Cafe. I picked an non-alcoholic frozen drink - Chocolate Strawberry delights.

Grace, thanks for spending the time with me tonight. I love hanging out with you.
