Poor Presentation

For some reason I need to do a short presentation this morning, around 20 users gathered in VIP room, I need to tell them some new functions of the system.

The response and suggestions from them were SO SO SO SO MUCH! They quite not really understand what the new functions are and they need to do further.

Honestly I underestimated on how they will react. For sure when users are facing something new in front of them which eventually will affect their daily workloads or operations, they will give us lots of un-necessary ideas and suggestions in order to against or try not to touch them.
That's quite obvious and understandable.

Well, someone told me one thing that really brighten my mind. Thanks! It's completely true and I'm still learning it everyday.
