Shocking news

I just msned with my TI-schoolmate, he sent me a compressed file suddenly, when I received it, I read it, it was a news of 20 May from Appledaily. It was about one of our TI-schoolmates, she died by atavistic heart attack two days ago. It shocked me!
Don't want to mention the details here because my mood is so complicated now.
"Dying is as natural as living." that's what I can think of inside my mind now, I can do nothing about it but accept this fact. It does reminds me to start annual body check as soon as possible.

By coincident, dad went to have annual body check yesterday morning, I guess he started to worry about the result...every year he will feel like that! I do think his health is quite good in condition, he keeps doing exercise (which is golf) and makes himself busy all the time. Just one think that he smokes too much, I don't think he can stop it, I will take it easy...
